The rack extends telescopically from 32cm to 45cm, covering the majority of standard UK single and 1.5-bowl kitchen sinks. Both arms press outward against the inside walls of the sink basin, holding the rack in position without drilling, screwing, or adhesive. Removal for cleaning takes under 10 seconds.
What the Rack Holds
The main basket section holds a washing-up sponge, a dish brush, and a bottle of washing-up liquid simultaneously. The open-grid base drains water continuously so sponges do not sit in pooled water between uses a common cause of mildew and odour in standard sponge trays placed on flat surfaces.
Removable Towel Bar
A horizontal towel bar runs along the front face of the rack. Dishcloths and small hand towels hang over the bar and air-dry between uses. The bar detaches for washing or if space above the sink is limited.
Material and Maintenance
Built from PP plastic, the rack is lightweight at approximately 195g and resists water, soap residue, and limescale without staining or warping. The entire unit disassembles and washes under a running tap or in the top rack of a dishwasher.
